FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA, MAY 22, 2014 – The Results Companies, a leading global Customer Experience Provider, announced today that its fifth annual Partnership for Performance Executive Summit yielded an additional $10,000 donation for Typhoon Haiyan Relief and the rebuilding of Curva Elementary School in Medellin, Cebu. The donation is the culmination of a two month corporate-wide fundraising campaign across the company’s fifteen call center locations throughout the United States, Latin America and Philippines.

On March 4, 2014, The Results Companies launched the “Make a Difference Art Contest” as part of its ongoing Typhoon Haiyan Relief Initiative. Employees were encouraged to submit a piece of artwork reflecting their cultural diversity and community focus. In a four week period, over 150 pieces from locations around the world were submitted. Fourteen submissions were selected by employees and presented on May 8th as part of a silent auction at the company’s 2014 Partnership for Performance Executive Summit, an annual event devoted exclusively to Customer Experience leaders. The $10,000 in auction proceeds will be donated to the rebuilding of Curva Elementary School in Medellin, Cebu.

“Although it’s been months since this catastrophic event, The Results Companies remains diligent in providing the region the necessary resources to not only recover, but to improve the lives of our friends, families and colleagues impacted,” said Alec Brecker, President and CEO of The Results Companies. “This magnificent contribution and the many that have preceded it are tribute to Results’ global family and our incredible Partners. It’s our honor to help in the rebuilding of Curva Elementary School and providing the children of Medellin the learning environment they deserve.”

“We are so grateful to everyone at The Results Companies. Your company not only discovered us and our situation, but you gave us hope through the unconditioned help that you’re giving us in rebuilding our school and community,” said Mrs. Flores Arriesgado, a teacher at Curva Elementary School.

To date, The Results Companies has contributed over $283,000 for the Philippines in the aftermath of Typhoon Haiyan.
